Mr. MacDonald has helped transform banking teams and whole organisations and led major change initiatives for the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). He published five thematic reviews and led their flagship ‘5 Conduct Questions’ program. Most of his activity in conduct and culture has included elements of behavioural psychology.
