Professor Edmondson is the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School, a chair established to support study of human interactions that lead to the creation of successful enterprises and the betterment of society. She studies leadership, psychological safety, and organizational learning.

Andrew G. Haldane, FAcSS FRS is a British economist who worked at the Bank of England between 1989 and 2021 as the chief economist and executive director of monetary analysis and statistics.

Ann Pendleton-Jullian is a Fellow at the Stanford Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences. She is a writer, architect and educator whose work explores the interchange between culture, environment, and technology.

Brian Brooks is the Former Acting US Comptroller of the Currency from 2020 to 2021. He is currently the CEO of Bitfury, a bitcoin mining company based in Amsterdam.

Carolyn Rogers is the Secretary General of the BCBS. She is currently the Senior Deputy Governor of the Bank of Canada.

Chris Whitehead is the CEO of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). FINSIA's mission is to drive improvements in professional practice and high standards of conduct.

Chris Woolard is the Former Interim CEO of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). He is currently a partner in the global auditing firm EY.

Christine Skinner is an assistant professor of Legal Studies & Business Ethics at the Wharton School of Management. Her research focuses on central banking, the financial markets, separation-of-powers, corporate governance, and law and macroeconomics.

Clare Bolingford is the Director of Banking & Insurance for the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (FMA). Clare leads coordination and market engagement for the expected conduct licensing regime of banks and insurers.

Damon Centola is the Elihu Katz Professor of Communication, Sociology and Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is Director of the Network Dynamics Group. He is also a fellow of the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. Author of two books, most recently Change: How to Make Big Things Happen, his research centers on social networks and behavior change.

As Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and Director of the National Economic Council (2017-2018), Gary Cohn managed the US economic policy agenda, stimulating economic expansion, job creation, and wage increases through historic tax and regulatory reform. Prior to that he was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Goldman Sachs where he worked for more than 25 years.

Ho Hern Shin is the Deputy Managing Director in charge of Financial Supervision. She oversees the Banking & Insurance, Capital Markets, and the Policy, Payments & Financial Crime Groups in MAS.

James Freis is a former Director of FinCEN and was the longest serving Director of that agency. He subsequently was the CCO at the Deutsche Börse Group and interim CEO at Wirecard following the exposure of fraud at that firm.

John Flint is the former Group CEO of HSBC. As of 2021, Mr. Flint was appointed to be the CEO of the UK Infrastructure Bank (UKIB).

John Seely Brown “JSB” was the Chief Scientist of Xerox Corporation until April 2002, and director of the renowned Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) until June 2000.

Jonathan Davidson is a former Executive Director of Supervision and Authorisations for the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). He is currently a Senior Advisor to the FCA on Sustainability and Climate Change.

Karen S. Cook is the Ray Lyman Wilbur Professor of Sociology; Director of the Institute for Research in the Social Sciences (IRiSS); and Vice-Provost for Faculty Development and Diversity at Stanford. She conducts research on social interaction, social networks, social exchange, and trust. She has edited or co-authored numerous books and articles on the subject of trust in the organization.

Katherine Gibson served as a member of the Transitional Management Committee of the South Africa Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) at the time of her appointment as Deputy Commissioner. In this role she fulfilled a number of key responsibilities and was also appointed as Acting Commissioner.

Kathy Matsui is an adjunct professor of management at Kyoto University Graduate School of Management. She is also a General Partner of MPower Partners, Japan's first ESG-focused global venture capital fund.

Loretta Yuen is the EVP and Group Head of Legal & Regulatory Compliance at OCBC. She oversees the full spectrum of legal and regulatory risks, including anti-money laundering, across OCBC Bank and its subsidiaries

Mark Cooke joined HSBC in 2014 as Group Head of Operational Risk. In that role, Mark led a team of risk officers across the firm’s global footprint, overseeing non-financial risks such as compliance breaches and staff misconduct, before taking a sabbatical in 2020. Earlier, Mark held senior leadership roles at Barclays and UBS in risk, finance and operations. Today he is Chairman of ORX, the financial services industry association for Operational Risk Management.

Mark Roe is the Head of Risk Culture at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).

Matonobu Matsuo is the Secretary-General of the Japan Securities & Exchange Surveillance Commission. The SESC falls under the FSA and is responsible for “ensuring fair transactions in both securities and financial futures markets.”
