Martin Wheatley was the first CEO of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) serving from 2012 until 2015. Prior to that he was the CEO of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.

Axel Weber is the past-Chair of UBS and the past-President of the German Bundesbank and a member of the European Central Bank Governing Council from 2004 to 2011. He is a member of the Group of 30.

Bob Wardrop is the Management Practice Professor of Finance at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and the Director & Co-founder of the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF).

Joy Wann is an Advisor for the BIS Innovation Hub Centre in Singapore, where she is the project lead for two of the Innovation Hub’s projects on regulatory data analytics and climate-related financial risks. Prior to joining the BIS Innovation Hub, she was a Member of the Secretariat for the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) from 2015 to 2020.

Wies Wagenaar is a social psychologist and serves as the Global Head for the Centre of Expertise for Behaviour, Ethics & Compliance Learning for ABN AMRO. She started her career as a crisis management consultant.

Benjamin Van Rooij is a Professor of Law and Society at the University of Amsterdam School of Law and the Director of the Center for Law and Behavior. He studies and teaches about the interaction between law and behavior. His current research focuses on individual differences in compliance, toxic corporate culture, and assumptions about behavioral change.

Tom Tyler is the Macklin Fleming Professor of Law and Professor of Psychology at Yale Law School as well as a Founding Director of The Justice Collaboratory. Professor Tyler’s research explores the role of justice in shaping people’s relationships with groups, organizations, communities, and societies.

Sir Paul Tucker is a research fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government. He previously served as Deputy Governor of the Bank of England and Chair of the Systemic Risk Council. He is the author of Global Discord: Values and Power in a Fractured World Order

Samuel Tsien is an Advisor to the Board and is the former Group CEO of OCBC. Mr. Tsien retired as CEO of OCBC in 2021 after 14 years in various leadership roles at the bank.

Shee Tse Koon is Group Executive and Country Head, DBS Singapore. Prior to this, he was Group Head of Strategy and Planning where he oversaw the regional strategy across the Bank.

Karin S. Thorburn is Research Chair Professor of Finance at NHH Norwegian School of Economics, Adjunct Full Professor of Finance at The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, and Visiting Professor of Finance at the Tuck School of Dartmouth College. Prior to joining NHH in 2009, she was a full-time faculty member at Tuck for 11 years.

Rimma Teper is the Senior Director of Behavioural Science at RBC Internal Audit where she leads the Behavioural Science and Risk Culture practice.

Kathleen Taylor is the Chairwoman of the Royal Bank of Canada. She has served on the Board since 2001, where she has chaired the Human Resources and Corporate Governance Committees, and served on the Audit and Risk Committees.

Yoshiki Takeuchi is the Deputy Secretary General of the OECD. His portfolio includes the strategic direction of the OECD policy on Tax, Financial and Enterprise Affairs along with the Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities.
