More Than a Measure of Trust - The Banking Trust Index for Singapore

Compendium

Trust is foundational to banking and the Banking Trust Index for Singapore was conceived as we needed to know where we stood with our customers and the community, and to find out from them what more we can do to build on that foundation.

The  study  was  first mooted two years ago, not long after The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) established the Culture and Conduct Steering Group (CCSG) in  May 2019, as a platform to identify culture and conduct best practices, monitor trends and collaborate with our regulator, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
