PwC International has faced substantial criticism for refusing to release a report into the tax leaks scandal at its Australia office that it claims absolves its international partners of involvement in the scheme.
PwC used the report, written by law firm Linklaters, to argue that the incident was isolated to Australia. However, the investigation also found that six international partners should have raised questions about whether they had received confidential details from a colleague.
