Nancy Harrington Jones

Nancy Harrington Jones is the Chief Culture & Conduct Officer at Societe Generale for the Americas.  In this role, Ms. Harrington Jones leads the management and drives the implementation of the Bank’s regional Culture & Conduct program.

Ms. Harrington Jones was previously Chief Human Resources Officer for the Americas, a position she held since 2007, and prior to that was the Global Director of Human Resources for Information Technology.

She spent several years in the Information Technology Division in various management positions, in addition to working for the CFO and managing the Internal Technology Audit Team.
