Observations

ICYMI: In an article in the Harvard Business Review, Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic, Chief Innovation Officer at ManpowerGroup, and Katarina Berg, Spotify's Chief Human Resources Officer, stress the importance of meaning and purpose as drivers of employee satisfaction and performance.

Research shows that a sense of belonging to a team or organization — one that is aligned with one's own values and identity — in turn leads to higher engagement and well-being.
