According to a survey conducted by London-based insurer Willis Towers Watson (WTW), an increasing number of global executives lack confidence in their organizations’ approach to managing the risks associated with reputational and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns.
In a global survey of 500 executives across 250 companies, 83% of respondents said that reputational risk is one of the top five risks across their company. However, 77% of the executives said they were “not fully confident” in their company's reputational and ESG risk readiness, stating that there's only a moderate amount of assessment when it comes to analyzing risk or finalizing a framework for governance, accountability, monitoring, and reporting.
