In a heartfelt letter to EY India Chairman Rajiv Memani, Anita described Anna as a "dedicated worker" who struggled with "anxiety and exhaustion" under the relentless workload. She urged EY to address the culture of overwork and implement reforms to prevent similar tragedies.
