Middle managers — those sitting between frontline team leaders and senior leadership — have had to deal firsthand with the upheaval caused by the covid pandemic, the "great resignation," and the more general social turmoil of the past two and a half years. Some report experiencing more pressure at work over the course of this challenging time than they’ve ever faced before.
