In a recent interview with Strategic Risk, Clive Thompson, a Technical Adviser at the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), explained how to shape risk culture within an organization.
"[P]eople control organisations and whatever risk management approach is adopted, ultimately it is the people in the organisation that will operate that approach," Thompson said. "They do so according to the style of behaviours inherent in the organisation."
