ICYMI: Last week, Starling Insights and the Chartered Banker Institute hosted a webcast discussing how banking practitioners are seeking to drive culture change in the financial sector. The conversation focused on the differing responsibilities across the three lines, the application of behavioral science, and the promise of technology.
