Shigeru Ariizumi is Vice Minister for International Affairs of the Financial Services Agency (FSA) of Japan. He plays leading roles in various international fora. He is a member of the FSB Plenary and serves as the Chair of the Executive Committee of the IAIS and the Vice Chair of the Board of IOSCO.

Clare Bolingford is the Executive Director, Regulatory Delivery for the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (FMA). Clare is responsible for directing, planning and delivery of the FMA’s core regulatory functions across licensing, engagement and supervision of regulated individuals and firms.

Michelle W. Bowman has been a member of the Board of Governors of the US Federal Reserve System since she was appointed in November 2018, and her term ends in January 2034. Prior to this, she served as the state bank commissioner of Kansas.

Wayne Byres is the Former Chair of the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA).

Bill Coen was Secretary General of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) from 2014 to 2019. He is currently the Chair of the IFRIS Advisory Council. He also serves on the Global Advisory Board of MUFG and the Board of Directors of China Construction Bank.

T. Raja Kumar is the President of the Financial Action Task Force. Raja Kumar has rich leadership and operational experience, having held a wide range of senior leadership roles in the Ministry of Home Affairs in Singapore and the Singapore Police Force for over 35 years

Tiff Macklem was appointed Governor of the Bank of Canada, effective June 3, 2020, for a seven-year term. As Governor, he is also Chair of the Bank’s Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS).

Greg Medcraft was Director of the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs of the OECD from November 2017 to July 2021 contributing guidance, strategy and support for the Directorate’s policy and standard-setting work for financial and commercial enterprises.

Randal Quarles previously served as Vice Chairman for Supervision of the Board of Governors of the US Federal Reserve System from 2017 to 2021, and he was the Chairman of the Financial Stability Board from 2018 to 2021.

Charles Randell served as the Chair of the UK Financial Conduct Authority from 2018 to 2022. He was previously a member of the Bank of England's Prudential Regulation Authority since its founding in 2013.

Francesca Hopwood Road is the Head of the Bank for International Settlements Innovation Centre in London.

Kanwaljit Singh is a Senior Program Officer for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He leads the 'Financial Services for the Poor' team’s emerging technologies work, which aims to accelerate development and adoption of technologies and platforms to bring digital financial services to the billions of unbanked and underbanked people globally.

Cecilia Skingsley became Head of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) Innovation Hub in September 2022. She is a member of the BIS’s Executive Committee. Previously, she held the position of First Deputy Governor of Sveriges Riksbank since November 2019.

Christina Skinner is an assistant professor of Legal Studies & Business Ethics at the Wharton School of Management. Her research focuses on central banking, the financial markets, separation-of-powers, corporate governance, and law and macroeconomics.

Joy Wann is an Advisor for the BIS Innovation Hub Centre in Singapore, where she is the project lead for two of the Innovation Hub’s projects on regulatory data analytics and climate-related financial risks. Prior to joining the BIS Innovation Hub, she was a Member of the Secretariat for the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) from 2015 to 2020.
