Observations

In its recently published "2024 Employee Experience Trends" report, Qualtrics examines employee sentiment toward AI, hybrid work, and other emerging workplace attitudes likely to shape the coming year.

In one finding, Qualtrics saw a substantial gap between how engaged employees and disengaged employees felt about AI. Specifically, they found that 53% of engaged employees felt comfortable with the technology being used at work while only 30% of disengaged employees felt the same. The survey found a similar gap between C-suite executives (65%) and managers (46%).
