In a recent article published on its website, the UK's Financial Services Culture Board (FSCB) lays out its methodology for determining how to assess and judge organizational culture.

"Every organization’s culture will be the unique and continually evolving product of its leadership, history and people and the external environment," the FSCB writes. "Complicating things even further, how that culture is perceived may vary with the person observing it."
