In the course of the past year, the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) ran a pilot data survey, aiming to develop a greater understanding of the data regarding diversity and inclusion efforts that firms were collecting.
The survey found that firms put most of their effort into quantifying degrees of diversity, with little focus on building inclusive cultures. The results revealed a surprising degree of consistency among the respondent firms.
