We are excited to announce the launch of Psychological Safety at Work — a video discussion with Harvard professor (and Starling Advisor) Amy Edmondson on:

Since Amy first introduced and documented the concept, Psychological Safety has been linked to positive outcomes in a variety of settings, including a widely publicized study on high performing teams at Google.  Many in the banking sector are now working on incorporating Psychological Safety into their organizations as a means to mitigate culture and conduct risk.
