Alexandra Chesterfield is the Head of Behavioural Risk for the NatWest Group where she leads a team of behavioural scientists to help get better outcomes for employees and customers. 

Alexandra is a behavioural scientist with a master's degree in Cognitive and Decision Science.  She is a co-author of Poles Apart a book that explores the reasons why people can become divided and what steps can be taken to reduce hostility and facilitate understanding?

For four years, she was an elected Councillor in Guildford for the Conservative Party.
