Thomas M. Noone

Tom Noon is Counsel and Assistant Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He serves on the New York Fed’s working group on the reform of culture in the financial services industry.

Mr. Noone holds an undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University, where he majored in classics and political science, and a law degree from Stanford Law School.

Before joining the New York Fed in 2013, he was an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and a law clerk for the Hon. José A. Cabranes on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
