Antoine Ferrere

Antoine Ferrere is Global Head of Behavioral and Data Science at Novartis. Antoine has driven large-scale global change initiatives and structured portfolios across various functions and geographies as well as acted as a counsel and facilitator on executive-level leadership teams in the Life Science industry. He is a behavioural scientist and uses his insights in psychology and persuasion to drive organisational change and unlock team performance.
Prior to joining Novartis, Antoine held a variety of senior level positions with Syngenta, a global agribusiness industry leader.
