Mark Pagel is a Fellow of the Royal Society and Professor of Evolutionary Biology at University of Reading in the UK. He is best known for his work on building statistical models to examine the evolutionary processes imprinted in animal and human behavior, from genomics to the emergence of complex systems—to language and culture.

Michelle W. Bowman has been a member of the Board of Governors of the US Federal Reserve System since she was appointed in November 2018, and her term ends in January 2034. Prior to this, she served as the state bank commissioner of Kansas.

Raihan Zamil is a Senior Advisor at the Financial Stability Institute (FSI) housed within the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). Raihan joined the BIS in 2011 and currently oversees the FSI’s banking supervision dissemination programme and outreach activities in the Asia-Pacific region.
