Raihan Zamil is a Senior Advisor at the Financial Stability Institute (FSI) housed within the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). Raihan joined the BIS in 2011 and currently oversees the FSI’s banking supervision dissemination programme and outreach activities in the Asia-Pacific region.

Ruth Walters is a Senior Advisor at the Financial Stability Institute (FSI) housed within the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). Ruth joined the FSI in March 2018.

Ciaran Walker is a qualified lawyer in Ireland, England &Wales. He is a Consultant in the Financial Services Regulation & Governance Group at Eversheds Sutherland and co-author of New Accountability in Financial Services: Changing Individual Behaviour and Culture.

Benjamin Van Rooij is a Professor of Law and Society at the University of Amsterdam School of Law and the Director of the Center for Law and Behavior. He studies and teaches about the interaction between law and behavior. His current research focuses on individual differences in compliance, toxic corporate culture, and assumptions about behavioral change.

Jamie Fiore Higgins is a former Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and is the author of Bully Market: My Story of Money and Misogyny at Goldman Sachs.

Chris Gower is the Executive Director for the Cross- industry Insights Division of APRA. The division is responsible for risk analysis, insight and response, with the aim of identifying risks as they emerge and ensuring regulated entities respond appropriately.

Adam D. Fine conducts research at the intersection of psychology, law, public policy, and criminology.

Daniel Davies is the author of several books. He is a former Bank of England economist and investment bank analyst.

Brian Brooks is the Former Acting US Comptroller of the Currency from 2020 to 2021. He is currently the CEO of Bitfury, a bitcoin mining company based in Amsterdam.

Michelle W. Bowman has been a member of the Board of Governors of the US Federal Reserve System since she was appointed in November 2018, and her term ends in January 2034. Prior to this, she served as the state bank commissioner of Kansas.

Anna Bligh has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Banking Association since 2017. While working to strengthen bank culture and rebuild trust following the Hayne Royal Commission, Anna also drove the industry’s response to COVID-19.

Elise Bant is Professor of Private Law and Commercial Regulation at The University of Western Australia, a Professorial Fellow at the University of Melbourne, a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law, and consultant to HFW Australia.
