Tom Tyler is the Macklin Fleming Professor of Law and Professor of Psychology at Yale Law School as well as a Founding Director of The Justice Collaboratory. Dr Tom Reader is an Associate Professor of Organisational Psychology at the London School of Economics. He directs the Masters of Science in Organisational and Social Psychology and he leads a Masters in Science and Executive course on Organisational Culture. Tom is also a chartered psychologist (MA and PhD, University of Aberdeen; Leverhulme Fellowship).

Roshni Raveendhran is an assistant professor of business administration in the Leadership and Organizational Behavior area at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. She is also a Faculty Fellow affiliated with the Batten Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
