A: My c.v. is far too long to read, so I’ve learned to sum it up by saying that I’ve worked in three countries, in three sectors, and in three industries. That gives you a sense of how my career has evolved: not narrowly focused, not climbing a ladder, but moving where opportunities emerged. I’ve never followed a fixed career path.
I started as a scientist, doing biomedical research. I was drawn to structured thinking — to understanding how systems work, and why they sometimes don’t. That early training shaped how I’ve approached every role since.
