The NY Fed recently released the latest season of its podcast, "Bank Notes." The three-episode series features interviews with industry and thought leaders who dive into how trust, technology, and the dynamics of the hybrid workplace affect the norms and mindsets that make up organizational culture.
The podcast is a part of the NY Fed's Governance and Culture Reform Initiative, which was founded in 2014 to drive culture and conduct reform in the financial services industry through webinars, educational efforts, and other outreach programs.
