ICYMI: In June, the US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) requested comment on a proposed annual survey that seeks to understand, measure, and track public trust in banking and bank supervision.
The OCC invited customers, academics, industry participants, other regulators, and others to comment on the scope of the survey, the drivers of trust, and how trust can be assessed and tracked over time.
