We are excited to announce the release of the second in our Deeper Dive series of reports. In our Compendium each year, we distill a “Top 10” list that identifies the key trends witnessed in the time since publication of our preceding year’s report. In this supplement, we afford ourselves space for a Deeper Dive into one of those trends: the clear indication that we have entered a new era of accountability.

Contributing a preamble to the report, Jamie Fiore Higgins offers a harrowing recounting of the pressures and outright abuses she suffered during a long career at Goldman Sachs. Her book, Bully Market: My Story of Money and Misogyny at Goldman Sachs, has caused a global stir among countless women in the financial sector whose own experiences are close in keeping with those Higgins details.
