Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) is being sued for violating the whistleblower rights of its head of group governance, Kara Nicholls. After requesting additional resources to deal with the burden placed on the group governance team in the wake of Australia's Royal Commission report, Nicholls claims that her concerns were largely ignored.
